Host gave wrong info on lot for p/u. wouldn't take our call but finally texted. are flight was canceled due to weather. something totally out of our control. However no credit for the day lost. Also, cost us $29 just to get the car out of parking lot next time we'll just use a rental more flexible and friendlier.

The guest didn’t let me know that their flight was canceled until after the trip was scheduled to start, so you can imagine my surprise when the car was still at the airport the next day, that is out of my control.
Because of my work schedule, I can’t always take phone calls, but I can respond very quickly to messages
