Jonathan was a great host and really helped us out last minute after another booking fell through. The 2022 Chevy Spark is a good little city car — easy to park, easy to get around in, and well suited for local driving.
Some things to note:
Just know it is a very base model with manual windows, manual locks, physical keys, and no cruise control. It does have a rear camera, Bluetooth, and AirPlay, although AirPlay takes a few minutes to connect. There were also a couple minor quirks, like a squeak on hard left turns and some brake squeaking after rain, but Jonathan shared that it had been checked and was safe.
My biggest note is that this car felt much better for city driving than for longer highway trips. It got great gas mileage around town, but not great mileage on the highway. We did take it to Philadelphia and back and it ultimately did the job, but probably would choose a different car if that’s what you are planning.
Overall, the car was great around town and ultimately did what we needed it to do.
