I can’t lock the goddam car.
I replied to this guest in seconds after he told me he could not figure out how to lock the vehicle. I told him not to worry at all and I can easily lock the vehicle from my phone. I also gave him instructions the night previous, since he had an early flight! This guest is also a Turo host and wanted me to help him with information since I have a successful Turo business. I also offered to help him and to call me at anytime! I just feel disappointed because I try to help him and I trusted him!!
