I’ve never been asked to wash and vacuum a car prior to returning a car so that was different but other than that it was alright.

The host was responsive and kind. The vehicle had a full tank and was super clean like straight from the dealership basically. The car still has the new car smell, which was a pleasant surprise. Great customer service and excellent vehicle that was good on gas. I would most definitely rent from this host again in the near future.
