Communication was poor, respond on app supee delayed.
We’re sorry your DFW travel experience was frustrating. Our team responded before and during the trip, including on Easter Sunday, provided pickup/return guidance, sent a direct Google Maps link to the exact Turo lot, and returned missed calls within minutes to assist. Some concerns raised stemmed from airport rules and your own personal mobile connectivity limitations during travel, which were outside host control. We remain committed to prompt communication and great service for every guest.

Pickup not so good. Couldn’t locate the car due to poor signage at the DFW car rental center. Long walk uphill in inclement weather while handling heavy luggage did help either. Changed my return location to avoid the DFW Rental Center.
