From the ease of pick up to the hand written "welcome to michigan" note...the car was clean, gassed up and ready to rock. Host is amazing, super communicative. Car ran great. Everything was perfect. Will be renting with this host again.

If the directions straight from your app. Had directed me through the parking garage instead of out and around 44 it would have been a lot easier to find the car.
