Car was clean, host was very professional, loved the communication. Car was in excellent condition, would definitely utilize her again when I need a car.

This whole tried to charge me $500 for a key that was not there in the fob. I asked for proof she never made any problem, which means that she was trying to scam me. I’m never ever from her again.

I want to clarify what happened. When you picked up the car, all components to the key was there. The second day , you informed me the insert was missing. I asked you to retrace your steps.
Upon return, the key was still missing. I asked you to replace it, but instead, you became upset and made threats, saying your nephew was an FBI agent and that you would take me to court. I also sent you the key replacement quote which was a little under $200
You will never have a chance to rent again.
