Communication was good and car was clean. While driving down the road car was making a noise up front on passenger side. Wasn’t happy couldn’t extend the drop off time by 2 hours but it is what it is…

A quick example on why a host may not be able to extend a trip, if the car is scheduled to return at 8pm. I can’t extend a guest for two (2) hours because I need time to drive the car home and get it washed for the next morning. Car wash is not open that late for a public wash.
