The host was responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout the trip. When I had trouble connecting to Bluetooth, they immediately got on the phone and helped troubleshoot the issue, which I really appreciated.
My only concern was that about an hour before pickup, I was informed that I would need to switch to a different vehicle. The replacement car was a bit more worn than expected, and the touchscreen was somewhat laggy. Other than that, the experience was positive, and the host provided excellent customer service.

Runa was great! Communication was very easy, pickup was easy and hassle free! Her car was great, very good on gas, I especially love the safety features, most car cameras only show the rear but this car showed the side as well when changing lanes which I appreciated alot because sometimes people drive in a blindspot. Car was clean and the pickup location was easy to find. I would definitely recommend and book again!
