Car was great. Family loved it and my daughter asked me to buy it...I told her I don't believe that's an option.

The vehicle is not what it appears on the posting. There are scratches all over that are visible from a great distance. There is a hole in the passenger side door on the exterior. We ranted the 2019 Mercedes 400 for my daughter‘s homecoming and picked it up the day before. I called the host and voiced my concerns. The host was extremely rude and assured me that all scratches were documented on the post when I was renting the vehicle. As one can see for themselves, the scratches are clearly not documented. The host stated they are in the photos, but they are not. The host also stated that they had detailed the vehicle. The vehicle indeed was not detailed. It was covered in dirt and you could barely see out of the windshield. Also notable, the interior smells like marijuana and the A/C makes a loud noise when ran on high. I would not recommend renting this vehicle nor any that the host has for his attitude toward customers.

Excellent car, even better hosts! Booked this rental very last minute and because of prompt response times and professional hosts I was able to be accommodated. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice ride at an affordable price.
