The cars breaks were VERY bad. The cars steering felt floaty and unsafe. Their was a light on the dash that came on often that seemed to support their being an issue with the steering. The parking at the airport was an additional $28, which was never explained to us upon renting with a zero cancelation policy. Unfortunately, for the amount we paid, this car was not worth the price it cost for everything

Pick up and drop off were easy, extra $25 charge for drop off which is frustrating on top of all other costs. Great communication. Car was in good condition, clean, tinted windows made it a bit disorientating to drive, overall good. The car was making a concerning grinding sound when braking which made us extremely wary of driving the car - not sure if that was brakes related or what but we did not want to put ourselves at risk for something that we had no control over so it definitely feels like we overpaid for a car that needed quite a bit of service based on the grinding and grating sound.
