Car has issues with the way it drives everytime you make a turn like there’s something wrong with the tires or the axle or something. The knob to turn the radio up and down doesn’t work properly, the trunk is horrible I hope you don’t have to use it because there’s a big hole in it, the car was dirty like kids were using it before they started to rent it out on Turo. Do yourself a favor and don’t book this car, it looks nice but definitely has issues.
We are so sorry to hear about your experience and will look into this. If you have the lane departure assistance on in this vehicle it will shake the steering wheel and push you back into the other lane when you try to turn…. Please always feel free to message us if you have any problems or don’t know how to work the vehicles properly. The volume for the stereo we tested and you have to control through the steering wheel. Upon arrival car was tested and everything drove perfect.
