I was very inconvenienced with the car due to 4 TIRES were on the trunk. I was taking my son back to college and I really needed the space and when we start loading the car. We found tires and we had to overload the back seat being hard to see.
We do apologized for the inconvenience. One of our guys went to replace the tires and forget to take the old ones out of the trunk. It was not intentional however because it was a slight mistake on our part we decided not to charge you for the gas because you return the car with 1/2 of a tank. Thanks and again.
