Car did not look like it did in the photos. Smelled like mildew. Didn’t accelerate well shakes when driving it

At check in everything was fine when we spoke face to face pre-trip. The last day of the trip, the father called me and said he thought it was oblivious that Turo would charge him for a full day if he only needs an extra 7 hours and that I should let him keep the vehicle. I told him I couldn’t and he threatened me and said he would leave a terrible review. I said ok. Upon returning car he argued with me while holding the keys and told me “Learn how to count, bubba”. I dont deal with racists
