Car was hard to accelerate when ac was on

The rental was a good smoothly running vehicle, other than the car needing to be extremely cleaned. The car didn't seem to be cleaned at all the interior or exterior. There was food crumbs in the back seat down where the seat belt buckles are and sticky residue all throughout the car
