Had the car for a week. Last two days of my out of town trip the car wouldn’t go over 60 miles per hour on the interstate and check engine light started flashing so I had to turn around and go to the closest oil express shop and when they popped the hood they discovered that there was not any coolant or oil in the car after I had done drove over 1400 some miles already. So I paid for the coolant and 2 quarts of oil out of pocket asked the owner for reimbursement no response blew me off. So boom let the owner know what was going on and took it to the nearest Autozone to see why it was on and discovered that it was some kind of Knock System issue. Owner called the store and paid for the part fast forward to the next morning I took it to the closet shop near me and they said they would be able to fix it but instead mechanic was able to clear the engine code and I was able to drive it back from Mississippi to Georgia with no issues. Owner tried to charge me a late fee for the car being brought back late DUE TO ITS CAR MALFUNCTIONING. Moral of the story DO NOT put cars on the turo app if they have not been properly inspected because this could have been worse!!!’

Everything was great car was very good no problems at all will definitely rent again
And the host was perfectly fine with me extending a few more days as well great Turo rental company and host :-)

Vehicle worked great and pick up/drop off was easy. I would use again especially for the price. Host always communicates quickly and is willing to help.
