The Host was Amazing! He communicated very well and addressed all concerns i had.! We were able to come to mutual resolutions and was overall pleased with the customer service ! The car is an older one but a very decent drive .. ! overall great service

Overall the car was decent, but there was major inconveniences. It smelled like cigarettes, and the air was not working well. It took five to ten minutes for the air to get cool.
