Just wish the tank was full.

I use to try to keep them on full until some guest wouldn’t fill them back up. That cost time and money to have to pick up the car, fill it back up, wait 2 days for an approval, then 3-5 days for it to hit my account for reimbursement. With gas prices the way they are and having to wait days until I retrieve my money back that I have to pay for in advance, I just hope my guest will be understanding to the hassle that the host goes through. I do want to apologize for it being at half tank. 😞

Very disappointing experience. The tire pressure warning kept coming on, and we were advised by multiple people not to continue driving the car because of the safety concern. We returned the vehicle because we no longer felt comfortable driving it, yet the host still charged us a gas fee even though we were unable to safely use the car as intended.
I also felt the host was not understanding or willing to work with us regarding the situation. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I would not rent from this host again.

It amazes me how some these guest will try their best to get over on the host. The car literally got booked a few days later and no issues at all. A little background you ask. Guest booked vehicle (2pm) for 2 days (that’s the minimum), guest used the vehicle to drive to Myrtle beach, guest drove back, then later that night (10:30pm day after booking), complains about tire sensor light. I just assumed maybe she ran over something but once I put air back in the tires, no sensor like since. Smh
Great drive good on gas and everything works

No major issues with getting what I needed done. Just air didn’t work or light inside car other than that no issues. This body work was already slightly damaged and car shaking and skipping . But overall great ride and experience owner of vehicle had great communication and punctuality process was and smooth and easy.

Aww man.. I wish you would have reached out and asked about the air. You have to hit the AC button for the cold air to come out. Something told me to hit it back on in advance before i dropped it off to you. Not sure of the shaking and skipping you speak of but I’ll look into that. All good though. Glad your trip was worthy of a 4 star. Hope you book again in the near future. Have a blessed day. 🙏
