The car had no usb ports which caused some difficulties. There was a half of a bottle of water in the door. I think they intended on meeting me at departures to exchange the car on the return which would not be preferred. Luckily they called to ask if I could just leave it in hourly. The gas tank was much below full when I got the car.
They were responsive quickly to my messages which was appreciated.
