My house was very professional on time considerate and would gladly do this again with a very clean car smooth ride no hassle

The hood kept on coming up which could’ve been due to the previous driver damaged the car which I found out right when I was picking up the car which was very unfortunate. The radio kept powering off while I was driving which sucked.

I found the experience of renting from Turo to be a huge pain. For me, a short shuttle ride and waiting in line is much preferred to walking across the entire parking lot in the heat to find a car then doing a huge photo shoot of ever part of the car and having to message the owner to get a code to get a lockbox open for a key. I also was not refunded the full cost of parking. Perhaps because picking up the car was so complicated and took Forever. Drop off was also a hassle with even more photos requested. Additionally, the car I rented was not that great of a deal seemed to be a wreck that had some bodywork and paint. If this works for other people that’s great but I really hated this experience.
