Great car, easy to use, host is kind. But it's clear he's very busy; I had to pester him for updates on the delay for picking up the car, which I do not appreciate. But in his defense, the key lockbox makes it so most people won't have an issue like this (I didn't have time to learn how it works unfortunately). Just be ready to take the initiative in comminicating if something goes wrong.
