Eric was extremely helpful, and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. He takes pride in customer service(I spoke to him about how well he was as I understand being a business owner myself).
I rented his Cadillac CTS. Was very clean and ready EARLY for pickup. Eric went out of his way to get the just returned vehicle cleaned up, as we just arrived and had an issue with the car rental companies at the airport-highly recommend as the big companies were out of cars even though we had reserved one.
The best part of renting through Eric and TURO. Is what you see is what you get.
Next time we visit Colorado Springs, we’ll be sure to hit Eric up.
