Not happy with the airport way too large. For an elderly person to be traveling along

Easy pick up, wish I would've had a heads up about the parking lot fee, otherwise very nice car and flexible host

Easy pickup and drop-off. I wasn’t aware of the $30 parking garage fee to exit, and you can’t see out of the rear window. Other than that, the host communicated well.

The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and our communication throughout the process was excellent. The warning light you saw on the dashboard was simply an indicator that scheduled maintenance, specifically an oil change, was due. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car; the oil change has already been completed. Thank you.
