$75 never refunded after cancellation and rebooking to extend the trip. Turo needs to be human to human again and NOT a bunch of corporations. Car was loud like it was falling apart. warning lights on. Passenger door is not even sealed good. W.t.f.

Car was fine. You definitely get what you pay for. It was an extremely loud vehicle. It’s like all the sound dampening was literally gone. Tire pressures don’t read. Tires seemed low which might have contributed to lower than expected mpg. Host doesn’t know how to connect the CarPlay (it is wireless, have to use zlink on the radio unit then pair with Bluetooth on your phone). Just kind of a rickety beat up mess honestly.

The car was clean and the worked and did the job. However, the CarPlay did not work despite being marketed as so. There was also a clicking noise in entire light that was on throughout my use and was already there when I received it.

Very fuel-efficient car. The host delivered it right to the airport and responds very quickly. As for the issues: the car was quite noisy with a whining sound coming from the rear, though the host assured me it was safe to drive. There were tire pressure sensor errors, and the interior definitely needs deep cleaning. On the plus side, the AC works great, which was a total lifesaver in this heat. Thank you!
