Thanks for the inconvenience however you did come to a resolution. Next time a customer reserve a car make sure the car is there or cancel the order and refund the money promptly. Very disappointing and not professional at all.
This is obviously a fake review . She rated 5 stars and yet went ahead to pick every thing that could be wrong with the car . Our cars are always clean and sanitized and the pictures for the trip shows the condition. This is just a terrible guest that we will never host again .
