Hello David, You said the car was not disinfected when The car was disinfected and very clean when you picked up it up.. It was raining that day, unfortunately when the car was returned from your trip it had a bad odor (Musty). I am now left trying to get that smell out.
I had a great experience renting from this host! The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent, and the host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire trip. Everything went smoothly from pickup to return. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Turo experience!
