Car performed well. Did not like the whole business aspect of $500 deposit, paying for my own parking. Felt like I might as well rent from a rental car agency..? Did not experience that before when I rented a Turo vehicle in Albany. Not trying to be picky but they also parked in the furthest possible spot from the airport on the same day I picked up (other parking spots available) in a down pour. I was completely soaked when I got to my vehicle..

Hello- the deposit is NYS specific and out of our control as a host unfortunately.
Regarding airport parking- we are limited to what is available at the time of drop off and apologize if it was further than desired.
The car was exactly how it looks in the pictures. It ran great with great fuel mileage. The only downside was how long it sat at the airport before we picked it up because had to pay for parking. I never received any messages back from them concerning this either.

Smelled like smoke and made my kids sick on the first day. Didn’t get better until about day 4. Lots of scraps, small scratches and rim damage. Prior damage to rear door passenger side by handle and staining on interior roof. See attached
