The car is really nice. This is the second time I've rented this car and it's been a good overall experience. My two negatives or criticisms are that 1) There is no wiper fluid and 2) The touch screen is having 'ghost taps' where the screen is constantly toggling and changing between different screens. Making it hard to connect Applecarplay or use navigation. This may be an update or reset that is needed to correct this issue. Other than the listed observations this car is mechanically sound and easy to drive.

Thank you. infotainment is an ongoing issue and Honda does not currently have a solution. Windshield wiper fluid gets addressed but seems to be used up very frequently. We will add that to daily instead of weekly maintenance.
The car drove beautifully and was the quietest car I’ve ever driven, but the radio system was glitching, bouncing through apps, and beeping the entire trip. I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known that because it was a nuisance and unable to keep a Bluetooth link to the car because it kept glitching. Owner did state Honda was aware of the issue but that didn’t help me by them knowing. Owner was nice and responded quickly. Wiper fluid was empty and the exterior was slightly dirty but that was not a big deal at all.

Thank you for the review and info. Wiper fluid had been recently topped off so was unaware it was emptied so quickly. Dust is quite common and no reasonable way to keep that from occuring on the country side especially. As noted, Honda has not given a solution and is difficult to state that the car is unusable or a reason not to book a car for transportation for something out of my control. For something that is out my control, you weren't very reasonable in understanding this. Thanks.
