I had trouble getting the car to start multiple times. Did not expect that there would not be automatic locks through key button and the air conditioning did not work well either.
I know following directions is harder for some more than others but if you actually read the directions on how to find the car, I literally parked it right at the entrance of the smart garage connected directly to the airport for you. As far as the AC not working, that’s just flat false. I picked it up and ran the air conditioner myself on pick up and it was perfectly fine. Lastly, as far as the lock’s not working, funny how I dropped off and picked up a locked car. Couldn’t be operator error…

I had a pleasant experience driving the Toyota Yaris! Small and compact, perfect for two to four people. It was clean and well maintained when I picked it up. Quite literally fell in love with the car!
I did have an unfortunate moment of the car unexpectedly dying on me. Though, the host and his mechanic were quick to assist. They both worked hard and diligently to make sure everything was back in working order & I was reimbursed!
Despite the hiccup, the remainder of my trip went by smoothly. Received a delicious goodie bag as an apology too! Thank you Dan for being such an amazing host + Tim for being an awesome mechanic!! Will definitely rent from Fial Style Rentals again! ☺️
