The car and pickup location were great (close to home which is what I wanted) and I had no problems with the car. Rich answered all my questions very quickly and made things quite easy. My only issue would be with the whole process of renting a car through the Turo app. I just thought it to be a bit confusing. My account became connected with several other people and four days into the trip, I was messaged through Turo support that I was not approved to drive. Kind of scared me to be honest. I still have not heard back from support as to what was happening.
