Took a while for the owner to answer the chat, his phone, his text for me to actually receive the keys. When I called he was kind of clueless of why I was calling and answered with “ Hello who is this?” “Then instructed me to wait even longer for a text with a passcode” Car was partially clean and had some steering issues. Sounds like a screw or something is stuck behind the wheel so at certain times the wheel would get stuck on a turn. I didn’t put the gas tank on E but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t short $30 maybe $10 at the most. These are small inconveniences besides the steering wheel. So I am giving them a 4stars. I still appreciate the price and availability when I had an emergency. Thank you again.

Good drove good but u can tell it’s been crashed before

Here is my experience and part of this is due to my lack of research that I should have done earlier. 1) Trip cannot be flexible: I came in earlier and dropped the car early. There was absolutely no response for my text. Someone assigned at pick and drop off and no communication beyond that 2) Car honks when you take a left or right turn but great on highway. So meant for people who drives only in straight roads. The car did honk at Cops and luckily no ticket. 3) The first day car smelt good but the car smelt bad as days progressed. My daughter was made fun of as she smelt funky. 4) In all my other Turo rentals key was placed in the car. However here you need to drop off in a drop box. I asked for instructions at 9:30 am and did not get it until 3 pm by then I dropped the car at the location and left. They never apologized for lack of response but gave me a hard time for this. 4) pick up location away from airport and you need to uber to get there. So not suitable if you are flying .
