Kia Optima

I rented the 2015 Kia Optima for 5 days and had a really great experience! The car was clean, smelled good, rode smooth, and was very good on gas. I only drove about 245 miles during my rental and only put $20 in the tank. No bumps, no issues with the ride — the car was comfortable and reliable.

What really stood out to me was the entire team. From the hosts to the mechanics, they make you feel like family. Things can happen when you’re renting a used vehicle, but what matters is how those issues are handled. They were responsive, reasonable, and always willing to address and fix anything that came up.

They genuinely try to accommodate your needs, and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. They treated me with dignity and respect throughout the entire experience.

I’m definitely a returning customer! I highly recommend them if you need a reliable and affordable rental. They are truly one of the best rental teams on Lorain.

I had nothing but problems with this car, I feel like I spent more time at the shop waitting, then actually driving it. It was dirty when I rented it inside and out, it smelled bad inside i had to buy 2 air freshners to put in it. The people at the shop were all nice, and did what the could to help me. But I had to spend my time only my days off and my gas just so they could fix the issues . First week I got pulled over by the Brookpark police on my way to work to inform me I had NO break lights none at all that could had been bad if they didn't pull me over and tell me that since I drive when it's dark outside second time I had no head light I took it in they told me my head light were working i told them i could not see the road they were way to dim I couldn't even see the reflection on the car in front of me they didn't seem to care because they did nothing about it, 3 time my check engine light came on and I noticed the car was not running right I was scared to drive it they checked it out and told me that there was something leaking but they didn't have the part it wouldn't be in for 2 days but the car should be ok to still drive I really was not comfortable driving it they said don't worry u will be alright u can just bring the car back when you turn it in on the 31, I had to tell them again im not comfortable driving it you guys need to test drive it to know what I am talking about this entire prosses for me was a night mare.
