The host was kind and understanding. He was good and clear at communication about the details.
Car was great. Though like Son-Chu the Autobot Ford Fusion, I would have liked the estimated distance remaining before the gas ran out. That's a note for Hundai for future Ioniqs, but also to be considered for the other available (hybrid) cars in your lot.
Car arrival and pickup at the bag claim, right by the Superman exhibit, so good and good. He arrived early soon after my telling him I had landed.
Thank you for the opportunity for this Ford driving gal to enjoy a quality Hundai.

10 stars! Taras was an exceptional host. He was so prompt dropping off and picking up the vehicle! I’ve used other hosts out of Cleveland and this experience was the best! The vehicle was clean, drove well, and overall just as expected. I come to the area often for work and will definitely reach out to Taras again.
