Cathleen was the best Turo host you could ask for. She provided a great economy car at a very reasonable price. Everything worked, it was clean, and I used it for an entire month with no issue, driving it all over Cleveland. She provides many amenities in the vehicle in case of emergency and provides plenty of instructions. She even gave recommendations for what activities there are to do around Cleveland. At the end, she even graciously offered me a ride to the airport. I can’t stress this enough, she provides a great service and truly cares about her customers! In return, we respected her car and returned it as instructed.

The police pulled me over in this car because the car has no license driver attached to it. The owner does not let drivers know this before they rent her vehicles. She told me that it's happened three other times in the past 2 years. The owner tried to make it seem as if it was my fault for driving while black!! I told her that wasn't the issue because it could happen to anybody of any color because the police read your license plate as someone who is driving without a license. She then proceeded to tell me that 99% of her clientele are black and that it would be unreasonable for her to share this information with all of her customers. I was shocked. And I said this is precisely the demographic who you should be sharing it with!! Long story short, she is not a colleague. She is a colonizer!! Please beware!!
