I had a great experience with this host from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and the pickup process couldn't have been easier. He told me he'd meet me between doors 6 and 7 at the airport, and as soon as I came down the elevator, he was right there waiting. It made the whole process quick and stress-free.
The car was clean, had a full tank of gas, and drove smoothly the entire trip. The air conditioning worked great, and I had no mechanical issues or concerns at all.
The only small thing that took me a second to adjust to was that the car uses a traditional key to start instead of push-button start. I'm so used to driving push-start vehicles that it caught me off guard for a moment, but it wasn't an issue at all.
If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be adding a phone mount. Since I was visiting from California and wasn't familiar with the area, I relied on GPS everywhere I went. Having a place to securely mount my phone would have made navigation much easier and safer. Of course, future renters can always bring their own, but it would be a nice added convenience.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The host was friendly, professional, and communicated throughout the rental. I was 100% satisfied with my experience and would absolutely rent from him again. If you're considering booking this car, I highly recommend it!
