Car quality was exactly what I needed, excellent quality. The pick up and drop off was so incredibly convenient. Arriving at the airport I was able to avoid searching for the rental shuttle bus and no lines waiting for a rep. Taras met me outside the arrival door for pick up and met me at my departure airline for drop off. So smooth. As host, they were pleasant, courteous, accommodating, and timely. I will be back in Cleveland in a few months and I know who I am calling.
