The BMW that Michael provided was in perfect working condition and looked beautiful and was very clean. Everything worked perfectly. Michael was a great guy to work with met us on time, communicated wonderfully, very helpful about instructions and directions , such a nice personality, and treated us like we were the only customer he had. If he was in Denver we would rent from him again.
