Overall, I had a good experience renting this car. It drove smoothly, the A/C worked great, and it was reliable throughout my week-long trip.
A few things could be improved. I wish the car had been cleaned a little more thoroughly before pickup. There were fingerprints, and some of the small creases and compartments still had debris where things can collect.
I also think it would be helpful to check the tire pressure before each rental. I noticed the tires seemed like they could have used some air. There was also a noise coming from the back of the car during my trip. I’m not sure if it was coming from the wheel area or the door, but I wanted to mention it so the host can look into it.
Lastly, it would be nice if the car had a working charging cable or functioning charging ports. I ended up buying a charger, but none of the ports worked for me.
Overall, though, it was a nice, comfortable car, and I appreciate being able to rent it. I hope this feedback is helpful for future guests.
