The car was clean and met our expectations. Communication with service was great, and even accommodated the pickup and drop off at our hotel which wasn’t previously listed as an option. The only negative was the car smelled strongly of weed when it was delivered to us.

Returned the car early expecting a refund for unused days (as Turo suggests in their current policy), but the host refused and pointed to a “3-day minimum” that wasn’t clearly disclosed upfront. Car was fine, but the lack of transparency and flexibility is disappointing—clarify policies before booking.
