DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY—IT WILLL RUIN YOUR VACATION. I was given an extremely faulty car that had the plastic covering underneath the car dragging which I didn’t notice until I went on the highway. I contacted the company and they were not very helpful. I continued driving with extreme caution 2 HOURS to my destination. It was raining and the windshield wipers were awful. The next day I tried to start the car and it would not start. This car was unfit to give a customer and from my experience and interactions I would guess that they (the owners/company) do not check, clean or see this car in between customers. Also, they make you pay for the storage of the car in the garage when it’s not being used. (They say they’ll pay $36 and I paid $54-so I’m paying for the cars storage when it’s not being used!) Every time I had to contact the company for the many issues I ran into, I was talking to a different person and I’m had to reexplain myself. They did not get me another vehicle to use for the rest of my PAID period. I had not received any contact from them since the car was towed. This was a frustrating and extremely disappointing experience.
