Other than the tags expiring.... everything was a success. Appreciate you driving to us to take care of the tag problem. Car was awesome and the host was always available and on time. Much appreciated!

This guest rented a brand new vehicle for 10 days. The original temp tag expired towards the end of his trip. The guest was informed we were waiting for the updated temp tag to arrive in the mail. It arrived 2 days prior to the original expiration date of the old tag. We reached out to the guest advising him we were going to drive go him. Once he provided us the location we drove to him and placed the new temp tag on. At no point in time did he drive with an expired tag.
