I have rented from them three times, in two different cars and I would most definitely rent again. The pickup and drop-off was easy and quick. The cars ran great, no issues. On the other hand Turo customer service 100% sucks, they couldn't careless about telling you the truth, they tell you what you want to hear, and send you on your way. As long as you never have to deal with Turo directly, it will be fine!
