Host was rude and unprofessional, gave me the car with 4 bald tires, 1 popped 15 min in to the trip no more than 20-25 miles in, when told about the situation she claimed “I have pictures of the tires from before” and “they’re not bald” when i was just trying to get the issue solved an send pictures of the clearly 4 bald tires. Turo support was very helpful in getting my refund back
Tires had plenty of tread per the pictures I posted upon pickup. Guest claimed he did not feel safe driving the car after he caused the flat tire. He did not post pictures of tires prior to driving the vehicle, only after driving it and causing the flat tire. Guest also drove 94 mph, which is stored in my cars computer system and there was evidence of burnouts on the tires upon being returned. Unfortunately people default blame when they are unable to be accountable for their own actions.

We were very happy with our experience renting this Challenger. It was beautiful, comfortable and easy to drive. Alex was very responsive when we had a question and gave us his personal cell number in case we needed it. The drop off location was easy to find, straight out in the parking lot when we exited the airport. Would definitely recommend renting this awesome ride!
