Car was a 3.5 out of 5 until the convertible roof stopped working. Pickup location was good. Kaitlyn was responsive but didn't have a solution or a replacement.

Thomas rented my 2018 Camaro convertible and unfortunately the top had a malfunction during his trip. I drove 3 hours late at night to retrieve the car as to not inconvenience him. This is not something I could predict would happen nor repair on the spot. Turo rebooking is responsible for getting him a replacement car. unfortunately sometimes cars break down. I did everything I could for this guest including a refund.
The car will be taken for repairs Tomorrow.
