If you’re going to use this host please make sure to get the insurance. I am being charged over $1500 for a rear right scrape on this car. Turo confirms he’s already received $500 and he is telling us he has not received the amount. I followed the Turo guidelines for reporting damage including providing all insurance information of the responsible party for the damage and now I am being charged an additional 900 . The host is saying that’s not what he was told yet Turo is saying that’s what he submitted. Someone is lying but it all sounds like a scam to me. Please proceed with caution

We respectfully disagree with this review. The vehicle was returned damaged, and we submitted photos and the available information to Turo. Turo—not the host—independently assessed the damage and determined all charges and payments. No police report was filed to officially document the alleged third-party accident. We did not create or control the repair estimate. Any dispute regarding the amount should be addressed directly with Turo Claims.
Very nice car except for the breaks making noice. the employee was very nice quick to reply to questions I ask Will be renting again

He knows these cars are not worth the booking price but still charges a high amount. The car jerks bad and the car I had before was a SUV and jerked bad as well. Both of the cars had a weird smell too
