Dear Carolyn,
We apologize that we were unable to extend your Turo trip due to a scheduling conflict beyond our control. Another guest had already booked and paid for the vehicle for the following day, making an extension unavailable. To help, we offered an available SUV as an alternative. As a small host with only two vehicles, we provided the best option available. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
