Easy to pick up and very communicative however the car had problems on the highway due to that I believe this is a fair rating

Car was very clean and well kept, got me to and from with no problems. Instructions for pickup and drop off was very clear and concise !

The host was great. But the car is another story. Looking from the outside in the car looks in great condition but once you start driving it, it feels like its going to fall apart. The car is shaky, has a slow leak in front tires, suspension is beyond wobbly, the car was not ready upon pickup. Just overall a very bad experience. I originally needed the car for 2 days but i cut my trip short to 1 day only because i would not get a refund if i cancelled completely.
