used this for business when i first got to the host it was midnight I work two jobs. i was tired the host don’t care still wanted to say all these rules and regulations as if i dont rent a vehicle from turo weekly EVERY week. talking about tracker, gps, speeding and mentioned don’t want to have to day anything to me or text me about “speeding.” so unprofessional it’s a certain way to relate information. i then told the host i drive professionally for a large corporation and i dont speed i only use vehicles for business to and from work not leisure. the host still wanted to go back and forth and run down “rules.” drop off was terrible i have host on video going back and forth about a late fee they charged when i wasnt even late!! i had another trip booked for this same host in 3 days on 07/28/26i have canceled that trip n won’t ever do business with this host again. i had to call support to get the late fee waived and send a video of host and i going back and forth about the late fee
