The location was very convenient and easy to access. I had a great experience with the car and made so many wonderful memories during my trip. I would definitely pick this car again! 😌

Pickup was a little confusing at no fault of the owner. CVG is not clear about where the “terminal parking lot” is with signage. Everything was fine with the car except there was a faint odor of stale smoke. It also wasn’t made clear that I would have to pay the 23 dollars to leave the parking lot where the car was left. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it would be good to know that in advance during the booking. I would rent from this owner again, but just wanted to provide some useful feedback for the future.

Thank you for your feedback, Aaron. I’m glad you enjoyed the vehicle overall. The car was parked in the official CVG Terminal Garage, which is standard pickup location used by many TURO host. Unfortunately, airport signage is managed by CVG and is outside my control. The $23 garage exit fee was also clearly communicated through TURO messages before your trip. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide the best possible experience.
