Host was very prompt and easy to work with. Accommodated a last minute booking. Appreciated the high mileage allotment. Car was NOT in good shape - strong cigarette/marijuana smoke smell, steering pulls hard to the right, lots of creaks and noise, and something wrong with the back wheels that creates lots of noise and vibrations. IMO, car is overpriced for its condition.

I take cleanliness and maintenance seriously, and the vehicle is inspected between every trip. I was not made aware of these concerns during your rental, but I appreciate the feedback and will continue to inspect the vehicle thoroughly.

This was one of the worst rental experiences I've had. The vehicle had an overwhelming marijuana and cigarette smoke odor that made it extremely uncomfortable to drive and ultimately triggered my asthma. The smell was so severe that an air freshener was not a realistic solution, despite the host offering reimbursement for one.
Beyond the odor, the vehicle had several safety and mechanical concerns. The ride quality was poor due to what appeared to be bent wheels, one of the tires had a noticeable bubble in the sidewall (a serious safety hazard), and the vehicle pulled heavily to the right, making it difficult to drive straight.
The car was also provided with only about 3/4 of a tank of fuel rather than being full. Despite this, the host to charge me for fuel after I returned the vehicle around half a tank or slighter lower.. To make matters worse, I had to rent another vehicle because I could not continue driving this one due to the smoke exposure and condition of the car.
What is most frustrating is that the host initially acknowledged the issues with the vehicle until I decided to end the trip early he had every excuse in the book. At that point, the willingness to address the problems seemed to disappear.
I cannot recommend this vehicle or any from this company. The condition, cleanliness, safety concerns, and overall experience fell well below reasonable expectations for a rental.
I respectfully disagree with this review. The vehicle was inspected and documented before the trip, and the issues described were not present. When concerns were raised, I responded promptly and offered assistance. Guest safety is always my priority, and I encourage future guests to review my overall rental history and feedback.
